ok i have a question here.
last month (dec 2008) i received the NS registration letter. So
i went to the website www.ns.sg to registrate and applied for
deferment.
i remember very vividly i click the button where it says
"waiting for O level result"
then today i received this deferment letter telling me that i
have been granted deferment to pursue GCE 'O' level course as
Private Candidate. WTH?!
why they defer me for O level as Private Candidate when i click
the "waitin for O level result" button?
must i inform them that they make a mistake? or its actually
like that?
btw im 18 this year.
