Gentlemen, faced with bo chap men who try to siam work and
duties, and useless WOSPEC regulars, how do you motivate your men
not to be so chao keng?
Remember, you are only a NSF 3SG with no powers and yet lots of
crap collects on top of your chevrons everyday.
Reason with them and show them that chao keng leads to long-term
suffering for all of them.
Sometimes, just treating them to lunch and a good pep talk works
wonders.
