Rednano SG as a reservist, mindef can only call u up for a maximum of 40 days per financial workyear (e.g April 08 to March 09). anything beyond 40 days (if any), ur employer need to sign a form to mutually agree... go read up from www.mindef.gov.sg/nsmen
