I got one old health booklet, which was given when i was born.
And a second one which was used throughout my primary school and
secondary school days.
This coming tuesday is my medical checkup, but I have lost the
second one. Will it be a big issue?
No.Everything is in the computer....including ur school
results....they just ask U to bring so that in case there's a
problem with their records...they can look at urs.
