805 SIR

since1976 SG

I just heard that I will be reposted to 805 SIR. What does 805 SIR do? Can anyone enlighten me? A brief google only reveals that the lowest rank in 805 is CPL or 3SG and most of the people in this unit are all PES C9s...is that true???

Rednano SG

when in rome, do as the romans do.

so when in a SIR unit, do as the infantry do.

where got a typical SIR infantry unit no fighting fit combatants 1... those PES Cs and Es r probably those combat support services 1 lah...

since1976 SG

Well, a brief counts, there are more than 20 c2L2 and c9L3s transferring from my current unit after it goes into mr. The ITI instructors also told us it is a lobo unit....so just wanna confirm whether it is true.

kenjutsu SG

Iszit under 2PDF? In 810SIR, PES C2L2 and C2L1 are considered 'combat fit' in 2PDF. Therefore, majority of the men are 'ippt excuse'/'no uniform'/clerks/storemen/driver. And some nvr even pass BMT. LOL. And they are holding combat posts! And they say 2PDF is 'holiday chalet' lol

Sakuragi86 SG

sounds like a slack unit.
