Would like to enquire. I have an account at www.moneybookers.com
for online transactions (functions like paypal) and there is quite
a sum of money in it that is locked due to the need to verify my
identity with proper documentation. They requested for a scan of my
utility bill as well as IC (I do not have one since i'm serving NS,
so I'm thinking of using my 11B). Can I ask if i'm allowed to scan
my SAF 11B and submit to them for checking or are there any
possible implications?
