fitness when it should be your own responsibility... yet pple dun

That's true, but either they pay us or not, we still have to do RT.
I did my own training before my IPPT but not enough so fail
ler. After that 2 months RT I passed all the
stations expect 2.4km. Failed by 7 secs 
, if not
I would have gotten the 100 bucks incentive.
My window closes next April so hopefully with my own training
can get the incentive
