the pes status is recommended by the attending psychiatrist, and
thereafter agreed upon by discussion during the medical board
meet by the medical board panel. it's therefore not by you to
decide yourself.
your family and your psychiatrist might not be able to help you and
understand your problem/ condition fully if you still
choose not to be fully cooperative by withholding
information...
to check your service status, you need to communicate with your
manpower branch (chief clerk).
to check your medical status, you need to medical review with the
MO in the medical centre.
