i think is bcos amex charge quite high processing fee per
transaction and retainer to the merchants..... so only atas places
accept
Tat time I was still asking the waitress why the resturant offer
amex discount... the 10% discount when paying with amex isnt alot
to those people who have amex in the first place...
That said, it gave me a chance to use my amex. I seldom find the
need to use it, other cards more discount...
