are there any NSF engineers here? will like to know who is
currently the Chief Engineer Officer now? when i got posted to unit
in 2003, COL Teo Jing Siong was the CEO, last year he was still
around so if this year if he is still around, it would have beem 5
years already. that's pretty long period for a formation chief.
