I agree. What can the unit do, when your day of ORD u still cannot pass your IPPT etc. They cannot retained you after the date.

ORD is by date, nothing can extend, unless you went DB….even if u keep failing IPPT/SOC….

well…u still ORD on the day even if u haven’t clear ur clearance, just cannot take back pink IC yet…it took me 6 months to get the signatures after ORD !

You’ll ORD on the Friday before the weekend. At least for my unit.

Last time , my OC told me to clear my ippt before he signed the clearance for me. I was blackmailed by him and i passed the ippt.
