tarutaru SG I agree if not for reservist why do they have to sack you during this period. There is 365 day a year your reservist is maybe only a week or so.

fymk SG So moral of the lesson : Don't teach so much or else prepare to get replaced. Simple. When people ask me to teach newcomers - I just teach the basics - they don't know something - I do it for them but never teach. Don't even let them look at how I do it. It is only until I leave for another job then I teach the fella abit more .
