hmm. yeah, i agree that the instructors can be monsters, and the
trainees are wild.
lucky for the ERS course, life is better, cuz everyone's educated
and more mature.
so can get along.

he's very strict, and scary.
i remember last time he helped do instructing for the SRB
course.
his first greeting to the trainees were
Encik S: "Do you want me to treat you like gentlemen, trainees,
recruits, little children... OR ANIMALS?"
Trainees: "ANIMALS!!!!"
Encik S: "Very good.."
