when I was in the army I had thought that only in the army would I ever encounter situations where my superiors may be more stupid than i am ....

it's only when I stepped into the working world that I realized how wrong I was ....

respect yes i agree. we always respect our superiors in army or workforce but sometimes like in army, the regulars think we yes man keep quiet respect them they abuse their power. like a friend got hosp A&E & polyclinic mc for guard duty encik give him 3x confinement to be served after guard duty consecutively. where the rest? if its pte clinic mc then maybe different story but hosp A&E mc still want to dispute? n confinement after guard 3x consecutively? who dont know after guard duty is guard rest?

there are channels in place for your grievances, it's one thing to sound out about what your perceive to be injustices, but it's another to disobey direct orders and disrespect and disregard authority .... which is what this little turd has done ....and this is not the first time too ....

in any case, there are times to be assertive and to speak up for your rights, and there are times to learn to suck it up ..... these are skills you have to learn ... i may not have seen the whole of saf, but i feel most superiors wouldn't anyhow charge someone without a strong valid reason.

When you bring a matter before the court, no need to worry whether got witness or not. The lawyers would have made sure of that.

Unfortunately this is the Army, where patience for insubordination and attitude problematic personnel runs thin. Taxpayers surely do not want the Army to spend other resources doing something else for this boy when the problem is not medically related.

DB is not a form of corporal punishment for him. No caning involved. Its just to wake him up.

80K for the lawyer, this ass got too much money why not donate the money for the good cause. But I guess, he should not have made the issue so big that it appear in newspaper. It’s stupid of him when the MWO tried act as a mediator, he just shrugged it off. If he would have cooled down, I’m sure this issue won’t not have gone to court and he will not end up in DB.
