and payment time.
but lets say u noe a specialist and u find him/her as ur attending
doctor, then if u ask the polyclinic doctor to refer u by the
specialist name, will count as private patient. thus, no
subsidy...
got subsidy only, when refer to any public restructured govt
hospital specialist without specifying name.
