TVaddict SG juz wondering whether a personnel who has a permanent downgrade in pes status can be upgrade again if he recovers from his injury... anyone has any experience in this?
eac SG highly unlikely... but there r a handful of probable perm pes cases get reviewed occasionally here and there... just leave it to fate lah....
