Don't worry about the physical aspect. You'll continue to get to
exercise regularly en masse at the unit -- for, what, the next year
& a half? The tekan shouldn't be as great as in BMT anymore,
though your commander may now & then improvise extra PT lessons
for those less fit. I know, cuz I kena arrowed extra SOC every
morning, when everyone was doing area-cleaning! But the purpose
always fizzled out whenever the unit had other operational
priorities. Still, my timing cut down to 8:06 at the end (from BMT
failure, mind you, cuz I'd never tried the monkey bars in my life
before).
Chin-ups, you must get into a habit of training during your free
time, over & above what everyone do at the pre-cookhouse
rituals. Cultivating the self-discipline won't be easy, cuz there's
a lot more autonomy & regular nights off in unit life.
If you've only just finished BMT, then you're likely only attending
trade course at Stagmont Camp. Thereafter, you can be posted almost
anywhere, even to a GDS unit if your Pes status qualifies. Or sit
vehicle all the time, if lucky. Signaller is quite a ubiquitous
vocation, though course time can be very academic &
technical.
