And you thought you can be an infantry scout? ~lol~ I'll be
surprised if they keep you as a rifleman at all, based on your
input here. Rather, I'll recommend sending you on either to become
CQ storeman (simple straightforward duties, & directly
supervised by a CQMS) or, at most, to the mortar platoon to carry
the base plate (if you're super-fit).
Nothing personal, but imagine going through, say, grenade-throwing
with you!
what DIs? training will carry on but to that particular
individual, will attention be paid more on him? no OO and not even
a counsellor attached to the unit? tt's seriously unfair to mono
guys. and i dun understand the line in red
DI = Drill/duty instructor, i.e. your section commander.
Peer pressure = You know, kena the various BMT labels: "Gabra
King", "Blur King", "Sabo King," "Chao Keng King", "MC King", etc.
The dark side is matters potentially taking on a more vicious turn,
eg. blanket parties.
