I think they shld at least have 1 at the new ITI for the NSMEN
to withdraw money to go canteen and pay 1206.
My coy lost some expensive stuffs during our last ict, and even
though the cost was shared with the bn, some of us had to borrow
money from one another cos we didnt expect the amount we had to pay
to be so much (esp for the comds).
