Daily exercise is the secret to longertivity. Researches
show that if one walk at least 10,000 steps a day, one can
live longer. There were reports that some folks live more
than 90, their secret is 1 hour walk in the park every
morning at 4:00 am.
The National Step Campaign started in Nov 15 and will end by May
16. Those who sign up before 31 December will receive a step
tracker @ 5/= each. The online price is now

clock steps will have points awarded which can be NTUC
vouchures.

download the "Health 365" app and register the challenge.
After filling up your particulars, they will tell you when
and where to collect the step tracker.
