SBS3625D SG Yesterday we dropped the anchor in harbour and the 3 biggest offciers on my ship rushed down from their place thinking the ship was breaking apart in harbour.
SBS3625D SG Imagine 5 crabs (2 LTC, 1 MAJ) rushing into the foxcle. We got screwed of course. But we sure scared the hell outta them.
SBS3625D SG Nothing wrong...except we never informed the higher up that we were gonna conduct a hands-on training on emergency anchor dropping. So when they heard the sound, they almost died of fright. Of cos kena fucked lor, what else? But it was damn funny to hear them say: What the fuck happened???

SBS3625D SG You never heard a 2240kg anchor being dropped right? The vibrations and noise produced were really tremendous. Much of this was produced as the chain gets pulled along with the anchor.
