I, too, find that clerks like to whine like they're only
supposed to work only "office hours", as contrasted to, say,
stay-out storemen. Accept the reality, lah. Whatever your vocation,
the army OWNS you 24/7 when you're a conscript.
If you find morning commuting always a rush, well, make
arrangements with a relative (or friend or even army buddy) who
lives nearby your camp. You can then go home or go jalan as per
normal after bookout, but sleep over at the other place instead.
Easily adjustable once it becomes a routine.
