Try to maintain your NSF fitness, even if cannot pass
IPPT.
Reservist RT is no joke. The training itself is not as siong like
before, but it nonetheless requires a huge commitment of your
civilian time (inc. weekends). If you live far away from the FCCs,
the to-&-fro commuting can be quite grinding & depressing.
If you work shift duties, it's also pai-seh to ask your boss or
colleagues to cover for your absence.
