the word "callsign" should not be used interchangably
with the word "nickname".
for the guys with callsigns, be it pilots or controllers, callsigns
are not nicknames plucked off the sky and used, but a series of
"initiations" required prior to you being able to use it.
then again. i guess its another topic another day.
but i think careful application of words should be use.
