LazerLordz SG Parachute training is done by stages. Not an overnight thing. By the time u ORD, you would have had two airborne wings.

Gedanken SG If the selection staff aren't asleep at the wheel, I doubt you'll have to be concerned. In the unlikely event that you do make it as far as Airborne, the reality of it is that if your main and reserve fail, you won't have long to worry about it.

Gedanken SG If your parachute does fail, you've got less than 30 seconds to consider the consequences. Like I said, I doubt it's anything that you'll have to worry about - the lads aren't given to selecting kan cheong kings.
ispyyy SG wa... each parachutes jump got give money 1 leh... think they pay u $50 for each jump... Last time, in my base, if u volunteer to do parachutes jump, I remember u need to do 100 push up in 1 min as one of the criteria ... Dont worry be brave lah... parachutes r under air force 1... air force very very very safe 1.... first class air force mah....
