I mean, we have citizens going in and out of country for work/study/vacation that sometimes they are not able to take their IPPT locally by their birth date deadline... So wherever they are, then they are able to take or attempt the stations without being charge for not going to RT when they came back...
kengkia SG actually who will bother to take ippt if they are not required to do whilst in overseas, just that u need an exit permit, if u wanna do otherwise no one can touch u unless u are coming back to SG..
