levis89 SG I went for the vocational assessment for commando and i flunk it as i did not want to be a commando. Recently my friend got this enlistment letter that states he is enlisted as a diver. He went for the same kind of test and flunk everything yet he got chosen. For my case, i haven got my letter yet and i wonder does anyone have any idea that if you do not get the enlistment letter confirming that you are enlisted, does it means that you are not chosen? or will they still send you a letter to say that you’re not chosen.
red_amoeba SG it depends one...you think the program stupid, flunk means you get some xin lang job? wait long long okay. the program is smart such that it know you are purposely flunk...indicating you very kuai lan...so they will post you a siong siong vocation...you siao liao...
levis89 SG oh, but most likely wont get posted to siong vocation already i hope, because i got some friends who got the commando, diver letter already. Means most likely tekong already ! or will i still kana the 2nd intake?
mr_sotong SG most of my friends n i fail the VA for commandos.. but we were posted to guards.. so beware.. u might b posted to 2nd most shiong unit..
levis89 SG oh no, thats even worst, i wan slack man... dun want suffer, andi have this friend, he very fit, dragonboater 2.4, 10mins, 20 pull ups all those but he didnt made it into commando... is there any reasons why? he's kinda disappointed
blitzonic SG You can try everything to fail the tests there, but I don’t think they’ll actually tell you on the day itself that you’ve flunked.
eemtij SG I always tell people, slack now, siong for the rest of NS cycle. As for your friend, maybe they flunk him cos he failed in his mental ability or maybe his aptitude.
