No, impossible. No such legal provisions; neither is it practical

Anyway, those Pes C9 are supposed to be on 5-year standby, i.e. can
still kena reservist. If never called back, they're still posted on
to MINDEF reserve & won't be formally discharged until they
turn 40 (will receive a confirmation letter).
