Has your camp implemented this?
All personnel doing regimental duties for eg. guard duty prowler,
sentry, orderly, ops room clerk etc. have to book in the night
before to ensure you have 7 hrs sleep. So now if you're doing
Sunday duty your Saturday night's going to be burnt...
From what I heard its due to our dear CPL Teo's case. The higher
ups now want to make sure duty personnel are well-rested...
