Question regarding overseas exercises

Hi, I will have to go for an overseas exercise soon and I have a question regarding pay. I heard that we get additional pay once we stay overseas longer than a set period of time, what I heard was 21 days. Is this true, and if it is, how much is the additional pay?

Only for overseas postings, as far as I know.

What the SAF will arrange prior is to disburse your advance pay (nee allowance). The pay people actually came down to my unit on the day of our flight, with briefcases & preparing to fork out cash.

My experience, anyway (two EX STARLIGHTs).
