yes, there is pes c bmt recourse.

if heng, nearing ord u go tekong holiday. some clerks rank cpl in my old unit recourse pes c bmt when near ord timing. finished recourse 2 week later take pink ic liao...

if not heng, then anywhere when u ooc, posted into any unit. if got pes c intake, ur chief clerk may just insert u into this recourse intake.

These kinda things are arranged by CPC.

i forget what it stand for,but it something to do with the posting of your units and arrange manpower one

Depends if u miss any important excercise. Once you completed Range, Field camp + grenade throw, most probably no need to recourse unless cpc decides for you to go for recourse.

PES C BMT usually very hard to go OOT / OOC unless you have a medical condition that requires further downgrading.
Even when attendance is concerned, PES C BMT usually not so stringent when it comes to passing the course.
