For normal nsf who wants to request to post out, he have to
approach his S1 or chief clerk.
What about those big fart like COL, BG etc that wants to request to
post out?
Do they need to obtain permission? If they have to obtain
permission, obtain from who? From the Chief of army? I think they
can just email CPC/G1 army to request to post out without needing
to seek permission?
