As my sgt used to say "NBCB - dun tok kok lah". KNNCB is not
actionable generally. Unless, perhaps, there is a level of
intimidation invovled and the NSF concerned has been harmed in some
way. Given that SAF soldiers have a knowledge of vulgarities that
would make a drunk prostitute blush, I cannot see how KNNCB can
constitute intimidation.
