No luck with my dictionary, which was published in 1999. Did
find something online, though. My copy included lot of phrases
which MITA has standardized for local media use for a long time

Note: The whole list is more about identifying the big-shot
appointment-holders, agencies & military bases. Nothing about
the lower ranks, so I suppose one has to keep any eye out when
reading the Chinese newspapers, which should be a good source with
NDP coming up.
