Maybe Bahrain or UAE...they have US bases there and a close ally of US...

The USAF Air Components usually stage out of UAE or Qatar. Qatar is the command center for USCENTCOM task forces in the Gulf. Bahrain is mainly RAF.

Three main USAF bases , Al-Udeid in Qatar, Ali Al Salem in Kuwait and Al-Dhafra in the UAE. However, not sure if our boys will stage with them, or with the Multi-National Force in Balad or Kirkuk.
