hanbyul88 SG why there are lesser ppl sign on in the army? If there’s they only stay on the 5 yrs bond after that leave? May i know why? i mean those who know or heard ???
Ristar SG i guess its the job insecurity… not everyone confirm get 2nd contract that makes some regulars realise that they better quit early before the army consumes too much of their lives and when they ORD later, they have to start all over again.

eac SG economy is improving in the private sector. y sign on... i long mentioned that the rsm of my previous unit said... he noticed only during the 1997 finanical crisis that he observed that there is a surge in the no. of newbie sign on regulars... i ask u... how many 5 yrs u have in ur lifetime? think abt it... army wants u in ur youth... ur prime time of ur life (between 20 - 30)... if after that... army kicks u out... no more career... then u go private sector start all over again... most private companies doesnt recognise army combatants as real working experience... most will only consider experience in some vocations that are technical/logistics in nature...
