I will grant my guys time off for IPPT, but, if they come to me
for time off to do RT...I'll tell them to get into shape so that
they can pass IPPT, I'll still grant them time off in the end.
One of my reasoning is since you gonna spend your time taking IPPT
might as well make SAF pay for your time; i.e. target for $100 or
$200 reward.
For most people, it is too not difficult to get the reward if you
spend some spare time training 1-3 months prior to IPPT.
