7k one-time payment award maybe only after u served finished ur 5 year bond contract, for a 'thank you for your time and service' at the end of your day. ur friend life so pathetic meh? 5 yrs of ur friend life valued at only 7k?

Btw private companies do not feel that signing on is consider as years of experience. So imagine after signing on for 15 years, you consider to be having only 0 years of experience when you work outside.
