emart n issit by cash or credit? i dun wan to pay for this kind of

just some other emart questions,
1) can NSmen buy the sandals using credit? last time when they just
introduced the sandals, nsf r issued coupons to buy the sandals
with credit while NSmen can onli buy with cash. issit still the
same
2) is there any diff btw emarts run by ST Logistics and CWT
limited?
3) i fd tt there is no admin vest under the clothing section of the
emart online, anyone noes how much credit it costs?
