Well, Navy is part of the SAF what, what do u expect? Don't need
pass IPPT? It is like a organization, where u need to meet certain
criteria, and part of the criteria is to pass ur IPPT.
Because in the Squadrons, there is a fierce competition to pass
your IPPT or even to see which ship get the most number of
silver/gold. Not passing ur IPPT is bound to get u "condemned", as
the ship'S COXN, or CO will most probably pressure u to pass. And
in your yearly appraisal, if u don't pass ur IPPT, it may not get u
a good apprasial. Getting C and below for 3 years consecutive could
see u getting fired.
