went to buy a slimming tea pack. quite cheap. less than $10.
inside have around 10 to 15.
in the afternoon came back home. take out one. stir in hot
water. one hour later cool already drink. after around three hours,
felt nature calling. went to the toilet. and, not bad uh. more than
usual.
should try if you want to lose weight.
