Never noticed a difference when it was PAP, or WP.
But there was one night the fluorescent light tubes were out on
my floor, and fixed the next day, I was impressed.
This environment was what I read also in newspaper i.e. estate
equally clean. WP did a flawless job. But MND tried to
pull some punches... the root cause I think is because PAP didn't
hand over all the info to WP initially... so some things WP cannot
account for because of this withholding of info.
