Some people just don't make good cooks. They can follow
instructions and put all the ingredient in, but the food just does
not taste good. So, there must be some kind of cook
selection.
It used to be Good Chefs are found only in hotels, restaurants.
Now, hospitals employ them. So, what's wrong with SAF employing
good Chefs to keep the soldiers' morale high when deployd in the
field.
