Telling us what kind of physical disability or illness you have
or intend to downgrade for will help. Usually the word of a
specialist doctor from the public service carries more weight than
a private one. Even then you will have to be assessed by the
medical board(a panel of military doctors) to determine whether you
are eligible for downgrading or not. Medical board can be in
convened in absence or presence or yourself. Hope this information
