pes C1 still must take ippt right? and can be excused up to 2
stations? although some people C1 but never excused any ippt
stations (eg. those with hearing problem or high myopia)
so if u r an NSmen aka ORD already, and u r pes C1, u still need to
take ippt i suppose? but do u have to pass? if fail will u be
liable for RT?
