some of them default NS but most of the time , young ppl who
default r fined , they wont jail u or at least is jail u like 1 to
3 years depending on the seriousness .
cos when u r young hor , they wont let u serve like 3 years in jail
then go out still go NS .

statistics is that most r fined and only seriou cases r jailed
