The "C" battery incident happened during my time in 23SA. One
night, a C Bty gunner was fooling around with something religious
(involving burning of joss sticks, etc - I got the info second had
as I was in A Bty). C Bty was housed in the top floor of the
building (4th storey if I remember correctly).
He was possessed and while a few C Bty gunners were trying to hold
him down, they struggled and he fell off and landed on the 1st
floor parapet. He was sent to hospital and survived - I can't
remember what happened to him after that.
Anyway, some people (SIB officers I think) came the next day to
investigate.
After the incident, deities were placed in that area.
