it is difficult to draw the line. so if there is dire need, of
course one can make the application.
SAF schemes, like all Government schemes, are meant to help those
who are REALLY in need of help. as some of you have pointed out,
alot of people who claim they are in financial duress are actually
in duress of their own luxurious needs, not even basic needs! they
can still own handphones, go out for meals, etc. so are they really
in need?
