It's just like if you made a mistake in front of many people.
Your friend as a 2LT will have to 'whack' you on the spot so that
he performs his duties and show impartility.
If at any situation, should he be able to 'save' you from the
problem. He can/should.
If not, he's a 2LT.
Yup, very much depends on situation.
You don't expect to call your 2LT friend when he's talking to CO or
a Major mah.
