Different cook house, different head cooks, depends on the head
cooks, even if outsource, food come out bad no one will want to eat
also. Like my cook house last time, head cook is an Indian, no
offense to Indians but every dish that come out, no matter how
authentic the Chinese, western food name, all taste like Indian
food, in the end all go canteen stall to eat.
